Before you start

The app is a web app, so you don’t need to download it from the App Store or Google Play. Instead, you can access it by going to app.sl2026.dk in your phone’s browser. It’s designed for smartphones, but can also be opened on a computer.

We encourage you to talk to your group about responsible phone use during the Jamboree. The app isn’t meant to distract you, but to support easy access to practical information while you’re at the Jamboree.

Activities and Programme

Connect to Activity registration (registration coordinator)

As the registration coordinator, you can connect the app to your group’s Activity registration and get access to participants’ QR codes, which they can use to get their activity signups.

  1. Log in to the Activity registration on your computer, and select QR code in the menu to display your group’s QR code.
  2. Open the app on your phone, and select Connect to group (either on My Tent or under Settings).
  3. Tap Scan QR code, and allow the app to use the camera.
  4. Point the camera at the QR code in Activity registration, and scan it.
  5. The app now retrieves your group’s list of participants.
  6. You’re now connected and can see a list of your group’s participants and their personal QR codes under Settings in the app.

Once you’ve connected your app to the group, you’ll find the group’s QR code under Settings, so you can show it to the group’s other leaders and let them connect their phone to the group.

Get your activity signups (participant)

If you’re registered for activities at the Jamboree through a group, you can get your activity signups directly in the app by scanning a QR code. If you’re not registered for activities through a group, you’ll need to add your own activities to My Activities as described in the guide Mark an activity as a favourite.

Before you start, find one of your leaders who has connected their app to the group’s Activity registration.

  1. Open the app, and select Get my activities (either on My Tent or under Settings).
  2. Tap Scan QR code, and allow the app to use the camera.
  3. Point your camera at the QR code on your leader’s phone, and scan it.
  4. The app now retrieves your activity signups.
  5. You can see your registered activities in yellow under My Activities, and your next activity is also shown on My Tent.
Mark an activity as a favourite

If you want to add an activity without registration to your activities, or you’re not registered for activities through a group, you can mark the activity as a favourite.

  1. Go to All activities, and find the activity you’re interested in.
  2. Tap the star to jump straight to the activity’s weekly activity schedule, or tap the activity to read more about it.
  3. Under Weekly activity schedule, you can see all the days and time slots the activity runs. Tap the star next to the time slot you want to add as a favourite.
  4. The activity is now marked with a coloured star in the activity overview, and the selected time slot appears under My Activities.
  5. If you want to remove a favourite from My Activities, tap the star and confirm in the pop-up.

Important: marking a favourite is not the same as registering. If the activity requires registration, you need to register through the Activity registration.
