Group registration for Jamboree Denmark 2026 is now open
Groups can now register for this year’s premier scouting and guiding event and secure a spot at Jamboree Denmark 2026, joining 30,000 scouts and guides from both Denmark and abroad. The earlier your group register, the easier it will be for our dedicated volunteers to craft an outstanding jamboree experience for you. Be aware that it’s only the responsible person forthe group who can make the registration for the jamboree.

Guide to Registering Your Group
Our registration system for Jamboree Denmark 2026 is based on the same system we used for the last jamboree. We have developed a unique solution for the groups of the Danish Scout Corps South Schleswig.
Prior to registering your group for Jamboree Denmark 2026, there are several practical matters you must consider. Among these are:
- How many days each participant will attend the jamboree
- Whether you will all utilise shared transport to and from the jamboree
- The allergies present among your participants
- The number of poles required to build your campsite

The fee for a full jamboree for those aged 6 and above is DKK 2,475 until 28th of February 2026, after which it will rise to DKK 2,600. This fee covers aspects like shared transport to and from the jamboree, meals for nine days, and a wide range of entertaining and challenging activities at the jamboree.
What does the participation fee cover?
The participant fee is the jamboree’s largest source of income, supported by the host municipality agreement, grants, sponsorships, and sales during the jamboree. The jamboree’s income covers all activities, events, participants’ transportation to and from the jamboree, the physical infrastructure such as toilets and water supply at the jamboree, food for the participants, and an emergency response as well as expenses for planning and dismantling the jamboree.

What is the cost of cancelling after registering?
October 2025
- The participation fee is DKK 2,475 for participating in the entire jamboree for those aged 6 and over.
1 March 2026
- Tilmeldingen af grupper lukker 28. februar kl. 24. Det er stadig muligt at tilmelde deltagere.
- The participation fee increases to DKK 2,600.
- A cancellation fee applies, equivalent to 25% of the participation fee.
- Deadline for ordering poles, firewood and camping equipment for international groups. Groups will receive separate confirmation of ordered materials.
- The group’s campsite area will be calculated based on the number of registrants on that date.
- No further special requirements can be submitted.
1 May 2026
- The cancellation fee increases to 50% of the participation fee.
1 July 2026
- Participant registration closes.
Refund of the participant fee is not possible after 1 July 2026 1/7-2026.
Volunteer registration opens in November
Initially, only the registration for groups and international participants has been opened.
In November, we will open the registration for volunteers at the jamboree.
Volunteers and IST members can register at any time up until the jamboree starts.
To register as a volunteer and receive a volunteer discount, it is necessary to be assigned a role via the jamboree’s job bank (40 hours) and have a clean criminal records disclosure certificate.
If you are both a volunteer and a participant (for example, as a group leader), the group must register the leader as a participant on the relevant days. However, you must still complete a volunteer registration for the days you volunteer at the camp.

Can I make changes to our registration later on?
You can amend your registration from now until the jamboree. Log in to the registration here and make your amendments.
Please be aware that changes made from 1 March 2026 may incur financial consequences. See our website for more information on registration conditions.
After 1 March 2026, it will NOT be possible to change the pole and firewood order.

Can our participants attend only half of the jamboree?
It will be possible to register for only some of the days of the jamboree. The participation fee depends on how many days you are at the jamboree.
Why isn’t there initial registration like in previous jamborees?
Experience from the SL2022 registration shows a significant difference between pre-registration and final registration of approximately 8,000 fewer participants. Therefore, at SL2026 we are testing a model with two different prices in the hope of being able to budget and plan the camp with a more realistic number of participants. In addition, we hope that groups will register early and make minor changes to their registration numbers.
What is the campsite rental fee?
- Expected price (6 years and older): DKK 195 per day.
- Expected price (3 to 5 years): One-third of the campsite rental fee per day.
- Date for final campsite rental fee: After the jamboree. Expected in autumn 2026.
