How to sign up Group registration

On this page, you will find all the relevant information you need in order to register for Jamboree Denmark 2026, including the Terms and Conditions. The Code of Conduct will be added later.

The registration is open from autumn 2025 and it closes in June 2026. Throughout the process, there are several deadlines your group must remember.

Important deadlines for the group

October 2025

  • The participant fee is DKK 2,475 for attending the entire jamboree for those aged 6 and up.

14th of February 2026

  • Registration for groups outside the EU closes. This is due to visa processing times.

1st of March 2026

  • Group registration closes. It is still possible to register participants.
  • The participant fee is increased to DKK 2,600.
  • There is a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the participant fee.
  • Deadline for ordering poles and firewood, as well as camping equipment for international groups. Groups will receive a separate confirmation of material orders.
  • The group’s campsite area is calculated based on the number of registered participants on this date.
  • Special requirements can no longer be registered.

1st of May 2026

  • The cancellation fee increases to 50% of the participant fee.

1st of July 2026

  • Participant registration closes.
  • Refund of the participant fee is not possible after 1st of July 2026. 

What your group should decide first when registering

From each guide and scout

  • On which days will each participant attend? A jamboree day begins between lunch and dinner and ends after lunch the following day.
  • Will each participant use the group transport option?
  • Are there any special considerations for participants or leaders in the group that we should take into account, for example: Sleep apnoea, refrigeration of medication, means of charging electric scooters or other special facilities for disabled people.

For the group

  • Contact person in the group.
  • Treasurer/financial contact in the group.
  • The number of parking spaces for passenger cars the group expects to use. Please note that there will be limited spaces.
  • The number of parking spaces for trucks/buses the group expects to use.
  • Request for split hardwood firewood delivered to the jamboree.
  • Request for poles of 3, 6 and 9 metres.
  • Is the group planning pole constructions/tents that require a separate permit from the authorities? Further explanation is available in the registration module. The application process itself will open at a later date.
  • Ordering food. Every day, except on 25th of July, it will be possible to choose between two dishes.

At a later date we will give you the option to select a designated entry point for transport and to sign up for activities.

Important information about participant fees

Participant fee

NOTE: Specifically for 0–5-year-olds: Transport is not included in the participant fee and must be purchased separately. The rate corresponds to the transport reimbursement rate for the respective municipality (only valid for transport in Denmark). The rate will be published at a later date. The reimbursement rate for campsite fees for those aged 0–5 will be reduced to one third.

Cancellation fee

The participant fee and cancellation fee apply to each participant, so it will not be possible to ‘swap’ registered participants internally within the group without taking into account the following: cancellation fees and price increases after 1 March.

Payment

Payments for the jamboree are made via invoice to the financial officer in each group.

The first invoice will be issued in early March 2026, based on the registration status as of 28 February.

The second invoice will be issued in early May, covering any changes made in March and April.

The third invoice will be issued in early July, including any changes made in May and June.

The fourth invoice will be issued in the third week of July and will include adjustments for the first two weeks of July.

The fifth invoice, which will be issued after the jamboree, will contain final adjustments.

  

Transport

During registration, you must indicate whether each participant will use transport. We hope as many people as possible will take advantage of this offer. The list of collection points in Denmark will be released in the spring, once we have determined the most appropriate locations.

Confirmation

Your group will not receive a confirmation for your registration. But you will always be able to log on and see if you are registered. Be aware of above deadlines as changes cannot be made to some of them afterwards.

Important information for international groups

Participation fees are charged in Danish kroner (DKK) via bank transfer. It will not be possible to pay in euros or US dollars.

The participant fee includes transport to and from the designated entry points and to the campsite. A list of the designated entry points will be shared later. At a later stage, you will be able to specify the arrival time of your ferry or flight in the registration form.

If your group needs to rent camping equipment from us, this can be arranged during registration. Prices have yet to be finalised.

All international groups will be paired with a Danish friendship group. If you already have contact with a Danish group, you will have the opportunity to note this during registration.
