We hope to open up for registration of volunteers soon
Registration of guide and scout groups is expected to open by October 2025
What does it cost to attend Jamboree Denmark 2026?
We would like to start registering participants for Jamboree Denmark 2026 a bit earlier than previous jamborees. Because of this, the jamboree executive committee has decided to change the registration process. The participant registration will open in the October 2025 with one price, which then increases from March 2026.
- If you register between October 2025 and February 2026, the participant fee is DKK 2475.
- If you register between March 2026 and June 2026, the participant fee is DKK 2600.
The participant fee of DKK 2475 is the same as for Jamboree Denmark 2022 plus 10 percent, as we expect the costs to increase 10 percent.
Why should we register early?
The earlier you register for Jamboree Denmark 2026, the easier it is for the us to plan the jamboree’s areal requirements, make rental agreements and purchase of the right amount of food stuffs etc. Additionally, the jamboree planning organization will have more money to cover the expenses that need to be paid before the jamboree starts.
What does the participation price cover?
The participant fee is the jamboree’s largest source of income, supported by the host municipality agreement, grants, sponsorships, and sales during the jamboree. The jamboree’s income covers all activities, events, participants’ transportation to and from the jamboree, the physical infrastructure such as toilets and water supply at the jamboree, food for the participants, and an emergency response as well as expenses for planning and dismantling the jamboree.
In the graphic below, you can see how the expenses are distributed:

Can the scouts attend half of the jamboree?
It will be possible to register for only some of the days of the jamboree. The price depends on how many days you are at the jamboree.

How much will it cost for a child under 6 years to participate?
Children under the age of two are free to bring to the jamboree, while children aged 3-5 years will be able to attend at a reduced price yet to be determined.
Who is developing the registration system?
A group of IT volunteers are currently developing the system in collaboration with Stein&Gabelgaard, the same company as helped in 2017 and 2022.
Why has pre-registration been removed?
Experience from the SL2022 registration shows a significant difference between pre-registration and final registration of approximately 8,000 fewer participants. Therefore, at SL2026 we are testing a model with two different prices in the hope of being able to budget and plan the camp with a more realistic number of participants. In addition, we hope that groups will register early and make minor changes to their registration numbers.
When does the registration open?
Currently, we are expecting to open for registration in October 2025
