  • If you register between October 2025 and February 2026, the participant fee is DKK 2475.
  • If you register between March 2026 and June 2026, the participant fee is DKK 2600.

Why should we register early?

The earlier you register for Jamboree Denmark 2026, the easier it is for the us to plan the jamboree’s areal requirements, make rental agreements and purchase of the right amount of food stuffs etc. Additionally, the jamboree planning organization will have more money to cover the expenses that need to be paid before the jamboree starts.

Safe from Harm

To ensure a safe participation in Jamboree Denmark 2026 for all our participants, we ask all internationals aged 18 years old and above to complete the WOSM Safe from Harm Course. Therefore, if you are 18 years old or above before the beginning of the camp, you must complete the Safe from Harm modules.

As an international participant, you or your group will be sent information on where to access the course when you sign up. Otherwise, the Safe from Harm modules can be found on WOSM’s webpage:

SfH 1: Safe from Harm Essential Learnings | World of scouting learning zone

SfH 2: Safe from Harm advanced learning for WOSM Volunteer and Staff | World of scouting learning zone

Your certificate may not be more than two years old at the time of your participation, i.e., if you wish to take part in the entirety of the jamboree, the certificate can be dated 26th of July 2024 at the earliest.

Once completed, a pdf file with your certificate must be sent via email to safefromharm@sl2026.dk  – Note that if you fail to send it in pdf-format your certificate might not be approved.

To make this easier for our team, we ask that you forward all certificates for the respective members of your group in a single email.

If all certificates are approved, you and your group are all set to continue your preparations for the jamboree! If a certificate does not meet our requirements, you will be notified of such and how to proceed.

Be aware that if, upon arrival, there are members of your group who have not completed the course, they may be asked to do so before being allowed to join their group on the camp site.

For VISA Applicants: If you need a visa to travel to Denmark, please note that we may decline to assist you with your visa application if all group-members above the age of 18 have failed to submit a certificate proving the completion of the Safe from Harm course.

If you have any further queries, you can forward them to safefromharm@sl2026.dk

What does the participation price cover?

The participant fee includes all activities, all food and inland transportation to/from the Jamboree.

All cooking is over open fire and you will need to build your own dining table using pioneering pools.

You will need to bring personal equipment, tents and cooking equipment. If you do not have the option to bring tents and cooking equipment, we have renting options avaliable. Prices for these items will be communicated soon.

Can scouts and guides register for a half Jamboree?

It will be possible to register for only some of the days of the jamboree. The participation fee depends on how many days you are at the jamboree.

How much does it cost to bring a child under 6 to the jamboree?

Children under the age of two are free to bring to the jamboree, while the fee for children aged 3-5 years is listed below. Please note that the prize of transportation is not included in the fee for children from 0-5 years, but can be purchased through the registration system.
