Dear Guide and Scout Leaders,
Can you almost hear it too? The sound of tens of thousands of guides and scouts who are ready to gather at Jamboree Denmark 2026 and be part of the community that we in the Jamboree Planning Organization have spent the past two and a half years and countless volunteer hours creating the framework for.
In less than three months, the backpacks will be packed, you will be tackling the hard soil in Hedeland Naturpark and splitting firewood for the campfires.
We also know that, in each of the more than 890 registered guide and scout groups, final registrations, planning, packing and sharing details with parents are right at the top of the to-do list.
We hope this info pack will be a good companion in the final months of preparation, and on the following pages you can, among other things, dive into:
- How camp post and the webshop will work during the jamboree
- Practical details about arrival and departure, as well as check-in
- Guidelines for setting up your campsite
- Distribution of food
- Garbage and how we work together to look after Hedeland Naturpark
- Activity registration, weekly programmes and the daily schedule
- Updates during the jamboree – where you can find help and answers
- Safety, the camp hospital and what to do if an accident happens
- Guests such as parents and friends at the jamboree

More than 2,000 volunteers are helping to plan Jamboree Denmark 2026, and when you look through this pack it becomes clear what a huge puzzle it is to realise the Nordic region’s largest guide and scout jamboree.
We therefore also expect you to lend a hand in your groups so that Jamboree Denmark 2026 becomes a well-functioning community for all of us when we meet very soon.
Very soon we will all be there, waving our scarves in the air.
