Visit Jamboree Denmark 2026
Everyone is welcome to visit Jamboree Denmark 2026. It is free. When you visit the campsite you get an unique experience in the middle of tents and bonfires and you can try a number of fun and challenging experiences for both kids and adults.
Jamboree Denmark 2026 aims to connect and include everyone when we gather in Hedeland Naturpark from the 18th to the 26st of July 2026. You are welcome to visit any and all days during the jamboree.
As a guest at Jamboree Denmark 2026 you can
- Get an up-close experience of camplife when the smell of bonfires tell a tales of food around mealtime

- Participate in the jamboree opening and closing campfires with music and entertainment

Tips and tricks before visiting Jamboree Denmark 2026
If this is your first time visiting a big jamboree, we have tried to gather some useful information.
Distances
The jamboree covers a large area and it can take a little time to get around. So make sure you have enough time to get from the guest parking to the campsite, and in general when you move around at the jamboree. Sensible footwear and prams are recommended.
Weather
The entire jamboree is outdoors. So remember to check the weather forecast before your visit. For sunny days we recommend a hat and plenty of sunscreen, while rain invites for wellies and waterproof clothing. The walking paths will become soft with rain and dusty with a lot of sun.
Try an activity
At Jamboree Denmark 2026 there will be more than 300 activities. Many of them do not require special guiding or scouting experience or signups. Those you are very welcome to try.
Closer to the jamboree a catalog of all activities will be published. Look out for the ones labeled “Drop-in”.

FAQ for guests at Jamboree Denmark 2026
Hvordan kommer jeg til Spejdernes Lejr?
You can arrive by public transport, car, bike or by foot. The jamboree will set up a guest parking, where we encourage you to park for a small fee. Entrance to the campsite is free.
Kan jeg købe mad og drikke på Spejdernes Lejr?
Yes, there will be a wide variety of options at the campsite. At the communal square and at the subcamps you will find a variety of small shops with food, icecreams as well as cafees and restaurents. The campsite also includes a supermarked with a bakery.
Hvad koster det at besøge Spejdernes Lejr?
It is free to visit the campsite and experience the community and spirit when 30,000 guides and scouts come together. Only expection is a small fee for guest parking.

Did you know that Jamboree Denmark 2026 is the biggest jamboree in the Nordics?
We are expecting 30,000 participants from across the world! The scouts and guides are mainly from the five organisations in Denmark, with an expected 5,000 international guides and scouts from Germany, Australia, Uganda and everywhere inbetween.
