The Digital Camp Guide Is Ready
The official web app for Jamboree Denmark 2026 is now available at app.sl2026.dk. It puts your programme, map and practical information right in your pocket, all in one place.
When we meet at Hedeland in a week’s time, Jamboree Denmark will, for the first time, have an official web app bringing together the most important information in one place. It gives you easy access to activities and your personal programme, an interactive camp map with opening hours and navigation, plus practical information such as contact details and the camp cookbook. Our hope is that it makes it easier to be present in the camp community.
A Tool, Not a Distraction
The digital guide is designed to be a practical tool, not a distraction. When practical information is easy to find, there is more time and peace of mind for being together around the campfire. We therefore encourage group leaders to talk with their scouts about how mobile phones will be used during the camp, so that phones become a helpful tool rather than something that takes attention away from the experience.
How the Web App Was Created
The camp web app has been more than a year in the making. Work began in early 2025 when a volunteer team started identifying the needs and outlining what the web app should include. This was followed by a procurement process and the design of the web app before development began in early 2026 in collaboration with Monsun.
Because the web app was created to support the camp theme, Connect and include, the team deliberately chose not to include features that might be entertaining but would draw users away from being present with others. Beyond supporting the camp experience, the web app will also provide valuable learning for the planning of the World Scout Jamboree 2031, which Denmark will host.
Throughout development, the web app was tested by selected scout groups and by a user panel of 150 followers from the camp’s social media channels. Their feedback helped ensure that the features provide real value for users.
Designed with Children in Mind
The web app has been designed with children in mind. Data collection is kept to an absolute minimum, and there is no need to download it from the App Store or Google Play. Simply visit app.sl2026.dk in your phone’s browser. You can also save it to your home screen for quick access, even if parental controls are enabled on your device.
Although we are very proud of the web app, it is not essential for participating in the camp – it is an optional tool. You and your scouts can absolutely have an amazing camp experience without it.
Getting Started
On the camp website you will find step-by-step guides for installing and using the web app on both Android and iPhone. There is also a guide explaining how your group can connect to the activity booking system.
Your group’s QR code can be found by the person responsible for activity registrations in the Activity Registration system.

The content of the web app will continue to be updated until the camp begins, but all core features are already fully functional. If you discover any issues, we would greatly appreciate it if you report them using the feedback form in the web app’s Info Centre.
