Cancellation fee
When cancelling before 30th of June you will receive 50% back, after 1st of July no refund is offered. It is not possible to switch one participant for another.
Confirmation
As a group you will not receive a confirmation when you make changes to your details. You can always access your information by logging in.
Payment
From 1st of March the first rate for wood products will be sent. Including firewood and wooden poles.
Second rate was send in primo June, this included registrations and changes since May.
Early July you will receive the third payment rate for late signups from June and other changes.
Changes in registrations in July will be billed just before the jamboree.
After the jamboree you will receive the last regulation, where groups entitled to refunds for transport will receive it.
If you owe the jamboree money upon arrival it will not be possible to check in. Payment has to be complete before this, and any unpayed bills can be payed at check in.
It is not possible to pay in rounds.

The price is 2.475 kroner untill March 1st. From here it is 2.600 kroner.
OBS: For kids between 0 and 5 years old the included transport for all participants is not included in the price, but it can be added on.
Daily rate at Jamboree Denmark 2026
It will be possible to register for only some of the days of the jamboree. The participation fee depends on how many days you are at the jamboree.

- Participation price is 2.475 kr. for the entire jamboree for everyone 6+
1st of March 2026
- Group registration closed 1st of March at midnight
- The participation fee increases to DKK 2,600.
- A cancellation fee applies, equivalent to 25% of the participation fee.
- Deadline for ordering poles, firewood and camping equipment for international groups. Groups will receive separate confirmation of ordered materials.
- The group’s campsite area will be calculated based on the number of registrants on that date.
- No further special requirements can be submitted.
1st of May 2026
- The cancellation fee increases to 50% of the participation fee.
- Last chance for booking car parking
Before 1st of June 2026
- 31st of May at 23.59 is last chance for changing details for transport. The plan will be send out in June.
1st of July 2026
- Registration closed.
- Refund of the participant fee is not possible after 1 July 2026 1/7-2026.
For international participants
We require the participation fee in danish crowns by banktransfer. It will not be possible to pay in euro or american dollars. Included in the fee is transport from your designated entry point to the jamboree site and back. Please note your arrival time when signing up.

If you need to borrow camp equipment this is possible to note when signing up.
All international groups will be attached to a danish friendship group. If you already have a connection to one, please note it when signing up.
Campsite rent
Expected price (6 years and up): 195 kr. pr. day.
Expected price (3 to 5 years): 1/3 campsite rent pr day.
Date for final campsite rent After the jamboree. Expected in autumn 2026.
