Last chance: Group registration closes on 28 February
Is your group joining Jamboree Denmark 2026? Then please note that the deadline for group registration is 28 February. The jamboree fee will also increase if you register additional participants after 28 February. Get the full overview here.
28 February 2026 marks an important milestone in the group registration for Jamboree Denmark. By 28 February, your group must have the following in place:
- The group’s registration
- Any orders for poles and wood
- The group’s choice of food for each day
After this date, group registration will close, and it will no longer be possible to register new groups, change the group’s food choices, or order poles and wood.
However, the group may still adjust its number of participants if necessary, but different participant fees and terms will apply after 28 February.

From 1 March, the jamboree fee will increase from DKK 2,475 to DKK 2,600. In addition, the group will be charged 25% of the jamboree fee in case of cancellation.

Now the real work begins
Even though there is still plenty of time until the camp, more than 1,000 volunteers are already hard at work planning Jamboree Denmark. That’s why it’s important to complete your group registration before the end of February.
Once the groups’ registrations have been received, the volunteers responsible for the campsites can begin allocating campsites across the four subcamps: Havet, Skoven, Landet and Byen (The Sea, The Forest, The Land and The City)

That’s why it’s important that your group registration is as accurate as possible as of 28 February. This ensures that your group is allocated a campsite that matches your group size.

What happens after 28 February 2026?
Group registration closes on 28 February at 11.59pm, but your group can still adjust its number of participants. You can find the full overview here.
From 1 March 2026
- Registration for new groups has closed. Campsite allocation is now beginning.
- The group’s food selection has closed.
- Ordering of wood and poles has closed. Softwood firewood is included in the price.
- The jamboree fee increases from DKK 2,475 to DKK 2,600.
- A fee of 25% of the jamboree fee will be charged when cancelling a participant.
- Invoicing of groups begins.
From 1 May 2026
- 50% of the jamboree fee is charged when cancelling a participant.
- Invoicing of any changes made by the group in March and April will take place in early May.
From 1 July
- 100% of the jamboree fee is charged when cancelling a participant.
- Invoicing of any changes made by the group in May and June will take place in early July.
Please note that participant registration is personal. If your group cancels one participant and registers another instead, you will be charged a cancellation fee plus a new jamboree fee.
